Who are we: Onyx Academy is a Christian organization that facilitates a self-managed educational program. We provide academic and administrative support, a core curriculum, an organized and structured record keeping system, and archival of records and transcripts for students and families who choose to homeschool. Our academic counseling team is also available to evaluate student transcripts for students transitioning from a public school and into a homeschool program.
Our Mission:It is our mission to assist and provide homeschool solutions for families who choose this endeavor. Our desire is to provide students and families with hope, vision and maximum potential towards a successful future while simultaneously allowing them educational choices.

We now live in a digital ecosystem which allows instant access to information and puts the world at your fingertips. There are no longer any limits or boundaries to reaching goals because of our modern world of flexibility and unleashed possibility. At Onyx Academy, we represent a team of (Texas) State Board Certified educators who understand this platform and want to provide an advantage to those who have not been able to progress in the traditional public school system. In this day and age, there is truly no reason for any child or adult to be “left behind.” All can and should benefit from educational resources and opportunities to become skilled, economically independent, and empowered members of our society. This is our foundation, this is our philosophy, and this is our platform.
